This position is with Kysor-Warren, part of the global Epta Group, located in Querétaro. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital contribution leading and coordinating cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget. Your contribution Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.Oversee the execution of project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.Coordinate and facilitate communication between different business functions and external partners, ensuring alignment and accountability.Monitor project performance and progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks.Support changing management activities and ensure the adoption of project outcomes across the organization.Ensure projects are executed in line with company policies, compliance standards, and best practices.M&A integrationYour journey Fluent in English 5+ years of experience managing projects and in multinational companiesExperience in SAP Implementation Use of project management tools e.g. Microsoft project O365 or any other tool defining the critical path of a project, resource allocation and budgetKnowledge in PMI (certified a plus). Desired: comprehensive analysis of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Product Management Knowledgeable/familiar in STEM ecosystemAvailability to travel 20% (initially 4-6 week visit to Italy)M&A integration experience (desired)Soft skills requirements: Communication skills, team player, decision making, problem solving proactiveness.
