Responsible for directing and monitoring HR KPIs, including absenteeism, turnover, retention, and costs, ensuring that staffing objectives are met at the plant level. Responsibilities: Direct and monitor HR KPIs, ensuring the reduction of absenteeism and turnover. Coordinate actions to meet minimum staffing requirements at the plant level. Listen, follow up, and resolve conflicts presented by managers, supervisors, and employees while maintaining effective rapport with staff. Supervise the activities of HR Generalists and indirectly oversee the Coordinators of Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Services. Develop and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures that comply with the EICC labor and ethical code, taking corrective actions in case of non-compliance. Create strategies for employee retention and reduction of turnover and absenteeism. Develop strategies for the Succession Plan for key positions and promote personnel growth. Administer the proper application of incentives, salary increases, and other benefits for all employees. Prepare statistical reports for corporate, providing key information for decision-making. Administer compliance with the Federal Labor Law and the Internal Work Regulations. Coordinate and execute actions to promote workplace culture and maintain employee engagement. Ensure compliance with hiring and termination processes. Guarantee proper follow-up on coaching and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for the entire workforce. What You Need to Join Our Team: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage priorities effectively.
