Requisition ID 48098 Posted - College / Bachelors Degree Location: Mexico, Jalisco, El Salto Job Description: Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and controlling the operational and administrative activities of the finished goods warehouse, including the physical and theoretical inventory, in accordance with established safety, quality, and food safety (SQF) standards and TPM. The goal is to meet client requirements on time and in full. Roles of the Position: Supervise the receipt and dispatch of finished products. Supervise product release processes. Oversee handling of products with quality issues and classification. Supervise inter-plant, CEDI, CEDIS, and subcontractor entries. Ensure personnel perform their duties correctly. Monitor camera temperatures and report deviations to maintenance. Ensure proper use of work tools by staff. Prevent product damage within storage cameras. Understand critical control points for food safety and quality. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the area. Identify and report material spills. Apply and adhere to the Quality and Food Safety Policy. Attend food safety and quality training sessions. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. Immediately report any deviations threatening product safety and quality. Participate in daily 5-minute quality and safety talks. Have a general understanding of PCC and PCQ. Know the SQF code. Verify compliance with prerequisite programs in the warehouse. Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO). Conduct and ensure understanding of 5-minute quality and safety talks. Verify and follow up on the cleaning program. Ensure GMP compliance. Check proper documentation and record-keeping. Report anomalies in warehouse facilities (leaks, cracks, etc.). Maintain habits aligned with 5S principles. Follow good storage practices, avoid storing food in locker areas. Keep doors closed when not in use. Report any pest presence. Participate in pest control trap maintenance. Prohibit food consumption in production areas. Safety: Participate in SHE programs and best practices. Ensure staff compliance with safety standards (PPE use, chemical handling, accident prevention). Implement SHE policies. Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions within 30 days. Attend SHE training and participate in SHE committees and brigades. Follow up on corrective actions from audits within 30 days. Issue yellow cards for safety violations. Aim for zero accidents.
