Strategic Product Manager - Embedded Systems ">This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Product Manager - Embedded Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our embedded systems portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. ">Main Responsibilities "> Develop and execute the product strategy for our embedded systems portfolio, aligning with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Program Management to deliver high-quality products on time. Work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and Marketing to ensure alignment of positioning, messaging, and enablement. Partner with OEM and silicon partners (e.g., Intel) to maintain hardware compatibility and performance optimization. Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including release velocity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Present performance reports to executive leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations, in monthly and quarterly portfolio reviews. ">Requirements "> A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred. 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years specifically managing Operating Systems or system software. A deep understanding of embedded operating systems, including Linux distributions, Android OS, and Windows IoT/Enterprise. Proven experience in delivering commercial OS products, ideally in retail, industrial, or edge computing verticals. A strong grasp of OS testing, security, telemetry, driver support, and firmware integration. Experience working with Yacto, AOSP, or other OS build systems.
