Job Responsibilities:Understand customer's existing network; then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customerDesign the most appropriate solution based on product portfolios and solution template according to customer needsPresent technical design/RFP in a complete and well-illustrated manner to customerRegularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the marketWork with different team in different time zone internally to ensure service delivery meet customer requirementResponsible for provisioning & testing customer IP transit, MPLS VPN, IPX services as well as backbone circuitsResponsible for trouble-shooting carrier-level backbone and enterprise customer networking issuesResponsible for Global IP network traffic engineeringResponsible and/or participate in optimizing IP network infrastructureOversee and/or participate in scheduled maintenance & hot-cutWork with the network department in Hong Kong for day-to-day operations as well as work with third party venders for equipment upgradePerform other tasks as requested by the supervisorJob Requirements:Master’s degree (or bachelor degree with 5+ year related experience) in IT, Telecommunications or similar fieldTelecom related certification is a plusAt least 3 year of hands-on experience in telecommunication and /or network engineering workExperience with multi-national company is a plus
