**Bilingual Instructional Designer.**- (Remote work)_The responsibility of the Instructional Designer is to design, develop, test, and deliver course development projects on time and within budget.- Responsibilities:_- Define and document learning objectives.- Create instructional material: eLearning and Instructor led courses, curriculum, student guides or training manuals.- Design content to optimize learning.- Generate the layout of the learning supports.- Redesign content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs.- Create visual, audio and interactive learning tools.- Design project-oriented internal and client-driven project solutions.- Create and review project storyboards.- Implement project storyboards into agreed upon modality utilizing state-of-the-art development tools and methodologies.- Ensure projects meet agreed upon requirements.- Maintain proficiency in a broad spectrum of eLearning development technologies.- Manage Quality Assurance, development, voice talent, and editorial review activities as required by project.- Skills Required:_- 3+ years’ experience in the design, development, and deployment of online courses and training.- Experience developing courses using authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, etc.).- Solid eLearning development process creation and management for interactive modules, videos, live online classes, and other types of learning assets.- Ability to think strategically and holistically to manage a product from end-to-end.- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as an individual contributor and team member.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.- **Excellent English writing and interpersonal communication skills.**:- Ability to take initiative, set priorities, and exercise good judgement in a fast-paced, dynamic, and driven environment.- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and suggest creative learning solutions.- Ability to work in a team environment with colleagues, external clients, and SME’s- Ability to manage projects.- Education Required:_- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience.- Education Preferred:_- Master’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience.
