We are currently in search of a **Profile Publishing & Content Curation** to push the boundaries and join our team of hard-working, driven individuals. If you value hard work, driving change, and contributing to something greater than yourself, check out the details below and apply!In this role, you will support the content quality of our directories by acting as a gatekeeper of content being submitted to our client's website, publishing profiles submitted by service providers, and curating existing content to ensure its accuracyResponsibilities include:- Publishing profiles submitted by new service providers- Evaluating service providers according to our client's methodology and guidelines- Use basic internet searches to verify company information- Determine the quality of content on a service provider's website- Use Google Forms and Sheets to enter and collect data- Curating new profiles:- Every day about 100 profiles are created on our client's website. It's the Profile Publisher & Curator's job to first determine if the profile is a fit for our client's by looking at the website and/or LinkedIn and making sure the profile is for a business service company- You'll need to make sure that all the office locations a company has added to their profile are offices that they actually have a delivery team in and if not they need to mark the profile accordingly- This position will verify the identity of people who try and "claim" profiles on our client's website- You will do some data entry and editing tasks when curating new and current profiles on our client's website- Curating existing profiles:- Ensure a company's locations on their profile accurately reflect both their offices and headcount- Ensure a company's services accurately reflect their services- Ensure those companies are still in business- Follow instructions clearly- Effectively use LinkedIn and other social media platforms- Operate comfortably within a CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)- Operate comfortably within a CRM (e.g., HubSpot)- Knowledge of online platforms- Eager to learn new skills- Conduct basic online research- Advanced English skillsWork effectively under deadlines and be able to proactively check for work**Work Environment**:As the COVID-19 pandemic and the different levels of quarantine continue to threaten our future, what remains isour commitment to our people.
