A high school diploma or equivalent education is required for this role, with additional training or certifications desired. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the hotel banking, casino, or related industry. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests in a considerate and professional manner. The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
