We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business planning and strategy Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial performance Create and maintain financial models and dashboards for forecasting and variance analysis Collaborate with departments to develop budgets and monitor spending Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes Support ad hoc analysis, presentations, and reports for senior leadership Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role Strong proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Infor LN) is a plus Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
