The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and standards, conducting regular quality audits and reporting findings, collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance, maintaining documentation related to QA processes and improvements, and providing training and support on quality practices across departments. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or English, familiarity with QA tools, standards, and best practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
