Local Business Catalyst We are seeking a motivated Sales and Growth Professional to join our team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential sellers across Mexico through market analysis and field research.Key responsibilities include building trusted partnerships with local manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations, as well as developing customized growth strategies to increase sellers' GMV through data-driven product selection, traffic acquisition tactics, and promotional campaign planning.In this role, you will serve as an Operational Partner, guiding sellers through platform onboarding, including SKU optimization, listing creation, and logistics setup. You will also provide weekly performance reviews with actionable improvement plans.The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales/e-commerce, advanced Excel skills, and basic data analysis capability. Fluency in Spanish and professional English is required.
