Responsibilities and Requirements Education: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields (Pass or Degree). Experience: 3 to 5 years in vertical construction, such as residential buildings, apartments, offices, and hotels. Focus on electromechanical installations (NOT civil works, finishes, or structural work). Knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, PCI installations, and special systems (CCTV, VOICE DATA, TELEPHONY, TV). Reporting progress (logbook/photography), reading architectural plans, estimating, budgeting, material requisition, and cost control. Leadership: Managing personnel and planning work schedules.
