Technical Support Finance About the Company We're looking for Jr. Technical Support Analyst to join our global IT team, supporting the finance department. In this role, you will handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, troubleshoot finance-related software and system issues, and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of core financial applications (such as SAP, Oracle, or custom ERP platforms). Responsibilities Respond to and resolve IT support tickets related to finance systems and tools. Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to general ledger, invoicing, reporting tools, and finance-specific applications. Perform basic system configuration, data checks, and support month-end/year-end finance processes. Document support activities, issue resolutions, and create/update user guides or FAQs. Ensure compliance with internal controls and data integrity standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance or a related field. 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in corporate or enterprise environment. Basic understanding of finance processes (invoicing, reporting, GL, etc). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
