Job Description

Drive transformative change as a Black Belt in Lean Digital Transformation. • Collaborate with developer teams, operations, and extended teams to deliver on productivity and business impact. • Lead projects, mentor multiple Green Belts, and engage in discussions to implement digital solutions and conduct POCs. Responsibilities: Interaction : Establish new operations for success through BPMS projects. Identify and mitigate ops risks, focusing on process management within control limits. Continuously improve projects on key metrics and provide stabilization support. Revitalize LSS culture by embedding LSS skills in Operations and drive client engagement. Work with Training & Ops to train associates in process execution. Work with Ops to implement improvement plans, process monitoring tools, and refresher trainings. Collaborate with Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops, and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books, and customer priorities. • Activity : Provide team leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology. Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process monetizable opportunities, process bottlenecks, and drive stabilization. Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes, set, validate, and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact. Build Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team, driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives. Support Transition teams in volume analysis, metric baselining, and target setting for new processes. Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization. Conduct Quality and Digital Awareness Trainings within the organization. Coach and Mentor Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality, and process improvement objectives. Conceptualize and complete Black Belt projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes. Fullfil the requirements and Achieve BB Certification within 18-24 months. Drive project management to deliver Digital assessments and deployments. Qualifications we seek in you University graduate Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma and/or Processes Re-engineering, others) – Application & Execution Green Belt certification Black Belt/ Lean/ any other Quality Certification would be a plus. Project Management skills and certification would be appreciated. Requirements: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to handle client interactions via email and phone. Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
