Order Entry Specialist Job Summary This role involves the maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning system by entering orders, confirming pricing and updating customer account information. The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for preparing purchase orders for entry into the ERP system by confirming contact name, address, part numbers and pricing. They then review orders for deficiencies before inputting them into the system. Key Responsibilities Verify entered customer and account information. Enter orders for parts and standard conveyors. Maintain and utilize a CRM tool for case management. Assist with reporting, processing RMA forms and miscellaneous tasks. Requirements A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous problems. Flexibility to adjust priorities in response to changing needs or job demands. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office. Preferred experience with Customer Relationship Management & ERP software. Manufacturing environment experience also preferred.
