Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcer to support our recruiting efforts for corporate positions across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to build their skillset in Talent Acquisition and have prior sourcing/recruiting experience or relatable customer service experience. Conduct comprehensive sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions. Maintain established metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Leverage traditional and non-traditional resources to identify, attract, and source quality candidates. Foster effective communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruiting process. Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system. Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks on potential candidates and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent. Requirements: Prior sourcing/recruiting experience or relatable customer service experience. Working knowledge of MS Suite, databases, and other software applications. Excellent English proficiency, which will be evaluated during the interview process. Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred). Preferred experience in psychometric tests. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
