Job Title: Financial Analyst - Cost Management We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team in the role of Cost Management . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial resources, providing management with necessary financial information, and ensuring that the manufacturing cost is configured correctly. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in ERP Systems QAD/Oracle/SAP. They will also possess a deep understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and inventory management. In this role, you will: Prepare annual, quarterly, and weekly budgets, maintaining updated records of budget modifications and/or amendments. Perform calculations for financial statement analysis, verifying budget availability and informing requesting units. Consolidate budget information and its revisions in the PHXHFM System, reporting any irregularities detected in account analysis to the immediate supervisor. Analyze accounts comprising financial statements, preparing corresponding reports and providing financial information and accounting ratios. Support inventory control and management at different levels of information (location, commodity, age, and nature) to mitigate potential losses due to obsolescence, engineering changes, or poor inventory management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Engineering. Conversational English. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in ERP Systems QAD/Oracle/SAP. 3-5 years' experience in an automotive environment.
