The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day plant operations to ensure optimal production efficiency, safety, and quality. They will implement and oversee 5S and Kaizen initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, and monitor key performance indicators. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing leadership roles.
