About this role This position is focused on supporting senior-level professionals by managing their schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, as well as handling financial reports and vendor invoices. Main Responsibilities: Manage the agenda and calendar with precision. Plan, organize, and prioritize daily meetings and commitments to maximize productivity. Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation using CONCUR. Organize meeting notes for effective minute-taking. Prepare detailed reports and documents related to expense verification. Receive and process supplier invoices in a timely manner. Coordinate reception activities and messenger services. Plan events and dinners within and outside of Mexico City. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technical career in Administration/Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience working as an assistant to executive levels. More than 5 years of administrative support experience. Fluency in both English and Spanish. Experience in travel logistics, flight, hotel, and car reservations (domestic and international). Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing principles. Familiarity with Oracle and SAP systems. Previous experience with Concur. Excellent organizational skills. Professionalism and discretion are essential. Nice to Have: Proficiency in Portuguese.
