Job Title: Test and Release Manager ">This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for coordinating test activities and managing release processes across multiple teams and time zones. You will work closely with developers, functional leads, and project managers to plan, execute, and monitor test cycles and deployments. ">You will also be responsible for reviewing test progress, analyzing defects, updating test and release documentation, and ensuring quality gates are met. Additionally, you will facilitate daily syncs, support issue resolution, and prepare reporting for stakeholders. ">We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 3 years of experience in SAP Test management and/or Release Management. Direct involvement in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or major upgrade project is required. You should have strong knowledge of SAP and Non-SAP deployment models and release governance. ">You will also need to have a strong understanding of SAP business processes (e.g. finance, supply chain, manufacturing) and knowledge on SAP CloudALM, SAP ChaRM, Change Management in general. Flexibility and strong collaboration skills to interact with APAC, Europe, LATAM, and North America teams and time zones are essential.
