Beauty is a dynamic industry where we´ll need a detail-oriented person with a strong understanding of data analysis and basic CPFR activities. This role will be required to ensure our products are always in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.Key Job Accountabilities: Gather, monitor and analyze sales performance and trends to identify opportunities (sell-in/sell-out).Create detailed, efficient and actionable reporting of Key Performance Indicator: DOH, Fill Rate, Sales, Stockouts and on time launches.Shape and disseminate analyses to help drive sustainable business growth, leverage insights, improve forecasting and replenishment plans.Work closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations and retail partners to align strategies and objectives.Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Admin Engineering, Finance or similarExperience: 2 + years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, replenishment or related role, nice to have experience in retail or consumer goods industries. Specific Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to work with multifunctional teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of retail-specific metrics such as sell-through, forecast, inventory turnover, and share. Business Skills: Data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI and/or similar. Intermediate-Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Match, Index functions, and macros)Languages: Intermediate English.
