Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation!**Associate Sr Manager, ServiceNow IT Products & Catalog Factory**As part of PepsiCo’s digital transformation agenda, we are seeking an Associate Director for ITSM. The Associate Director, of Architecture, is responsible for managing a team of ITSM and Catalog Factory Solution architects who provide architect, design, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow. Must maintain a team environment of trust, collaboration, and high performance, while delivering excellent customer experiences. The role will be responsible for the ServiceNow team and deliverables using leading practices on enterprise, complex, large-scale programs. The role will also be focused on catalogue design and refinements to progress the automation journey, delivering Catalogue Factory Product Roadmap in alignment with Automation Roadmap.**Requirements**:- _ Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field required; master’s degree preferred._**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**- Establish ServiceNow ITSM Technical architecture for the CTO function and implement Catalog Factory- You will implement technology roadmaps along with the teams and solutions for various internal teams and ensure all relevant technology is in place to fulfil PepsiCo requirements.- Work with different teams of technical consultants, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery- Ensure team organization, individual development, and communication are in-line with- Delivery vision: support teams to perform at a high level; foster inter-team collaboration and productivity- Provide thought leadership to innovate new processes and PepsiCo success stories- Architect and design solutions that are leading practices to meet PepsiCo business outcomes within budget.- Provide technical expertise for internal teams, the practice and customer engagements- Drive standardization and best practice platform management, enabling you to focus on value delivery.- Oversee the team to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM modules, and Catalogs.- Review IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations- Design the Integration of the Infrastructure monitoring tooling with ServiceNow- Understand and pilot the new offerings available with ServiceNow ITSM Suite.- Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems- Effectively manage and execute high-level tasks assigned via 'stories'- Assists junior analysts through project(s) lifecycleQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- At least 15 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM suites- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI/Forms, UI Actions, Content Management- Must understand the ITIL framework, and an ITIL expert certification is strongly recommended (ITIL v3 certification and /or ITIL v4).- High-level understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities, particularly Workflow Designer- Well organized, with the ability to plan ahead for short- to medium-term objectives and able to identify, organize and facilitate the work is required- Strong communications and influencing skills, with the ability to fluently interact with subordinates, peers, and Senior Management- Strong problem-solving skills: the ability to simplify complex situations- Proficient in documenting functional design elements- Strong Facilitation skills- Ability to assess and mitigate risk- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate a team- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization- Ability to lead a group of teams located across multiple time zones- Comfortable working with ambiguity and change**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy
