Strategic Operations Manager We are seeking a talented Strategic Operations Manager to join our team. About the Role: The Strategic Operations Manager will provide strategic direction, outstanding leadership, and daily tactical support to ensure that customer service, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency are executed in a manner that supports our rapid growth strategy across all locations under his or her responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Planning: Develop and execute inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Supply Chain Management: Manage supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. ERP and MRP Systems: Effectively use ERP and MRP systems to manage supply planning and inventory control. Communication and Negotiation: Possess effective communication and negotiation skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, or operations. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP and MRP systems. Bilingual (English and Spanish).
