About the Role A Credit Collections Analyst is responsible for overseeing the creditworthiness of customers and managing daily collections activities. Their key duties include conducting periodic credit reviews, evaluating financial statements, and making recommendations to management. This role involves monitoring accounts receivable, releasing orders from credit blocks, and communicating credit decisions to stakeholders. Evaluate customer-provided financial information to determine their creditworthiness. Monitor the order book against existing A/R and credit limits to determine whether orders should be released or blocked. Responsibilities: Conduct periodic credit reviews and provide recommendations to management. Analyze data to make informed decisions and resolve issues. Maintain open communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management, or similar areas. Fully bilingual, English-Spanish proficiency. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Credit & Collections analyst or similar role. Proficiency in ORACLE Version R12 or similar, especially Credit and Collections transaction codes. Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
