Key responsibilities: Participate in projects related to preparing public and private offering processes. Prepare financial and regulatory documents required by authorities such as CNBV, BMV, and international organizations. Support clients in meeting accounting and regulatory requirements, including IFRS, US GAAP, or Mexican Standards. Develop financial models, executive presentations, and analyses for decision-makers. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (taxes, accounting, law) within the firm and with external counterparts. Assist in due diligence processes for financial and regulatory matters. Requirements: Accounting degree. Four years of relevant professional experience, preferably in investment banking or financial consulting firms. Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, market regulations, and IPO processes. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tool skills. Proficient English language skills.
