DSP Finance Supervisor Job Summary: Responsible for managing all payment and invoicing transactions related to logistics operations. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth payment processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process invoices for logistics services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams to verify and approve payment requests. Invoicing and Reconciliation: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Respond to vendor payment inquiries in a timely manner. Resolve payment disputes and provide support to internal and external stakeholders. Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, logistics, or a related field is preferred. Experience: More than 2 years of experience in payment processing, accounts payable/receivable, or logistics finance. Skills: Problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
