Manufacturing Process Engineer In today's fast-paced manufacturing environment, it's essential to have a deep understanding of the processes involved in producing high-quality products. This role is responsible for implementing, controlling, and improving manufacturing processes, as well as administering resources and activities involved. Additionally, this position entails the implementation of engineering changes, creating procedures and work instructions, tooling and equipment controls, supporting product transfers, developing projects, and validating results. The primary focus of this position is on continuous quality improvement and operations productivity. Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and approve change requests (CMRs) and customer notifications (CMOs) to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded. Create and/or approve deviation reports (TDAs) for products or processes when necessary. Modify routings in SAP as required. Coordinate facility modifications as needed when requirements change. Assign specifications and workflows in the maintenance module, as well as support production issues related to tollgates. Update process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA) for products under responsibility. Develop and update engineering procedures and process flow charts. Modify works instructions per process change or global document. Conduct time studies to build different products. Improve and modify processes to reduce or eliminate quality and cost concerns. Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Develop and meet assigned projects, as well as create informative reports. Validate project results regarding efficiency, scrap, and costs. Promote formal delivery lines to production with validated products. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, or related engineering field. Proficient in English language (written and spoken). At least 1 year of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Able to work varying shifts, including second and third shift.
