We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Manager to oversee, negotiate, and manage high-value contracts critical to our LNG operations. This role is central to ensuring the commercial and legal integrity of our projects across the LNG value chain—from development and construction to supply and shipping. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in contract strategy, risk management, and cross-functional leadership within the energy or infrastructure sector. Main Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of complex contracts including EPC/EPCM, LNG offtake and supply agreements, charter party agreements, operations & maintenance, and service contracts. Develop negotiation strategies and lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure optimal commercial terms and risk allocation. Identify contractual and commercial risks, propose risk mitigation strategies, and ensure alignment with corporate risk management frameworks. Work closely with Legal, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure contracts meet business needs and comply with regulatory and internal requirements. Manage contractual changes, variation orders, claims, and disputes in a timely and strategic manner. Ensure contracts are compliant with internal policies, legal regulations, and international standards (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, LNG SPAs, chartering laws). Maintain robust documentation and reporting systems to track contract status, obligations, and performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or legal qualification is an advantage. Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in corporate or energy law, preferably in the oil & gas or LNG sector. Certifications such as IACCM/WorldCC, PMP, or equivalent are a plus. Strong understanding of LNG project structures and commercial contracts.
