Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of direct materials. Track and adjust inventory levels to maintain optimal stock while avoiding overstocking or shortages. Track shipments in transit, proactively addressing potential disruptions or delays. Analyze production schedules and align material procurement to meet production demands. Address supply chain disruptions by identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably in the automotive industry. Familiarity with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
