You are now invited to apply for the position:Ethics & Compliance Sr ManagerResponsabilities: Ensuring that the company operates according to the highest ethical, legal, andcompliance standards; promoting the correct tone throughout the organization and, working with the leadership team, ensuring commitment by all employees to integrity, quality, compliance, and uncompromising ethics.Participates in compliance/ethics investigations or Compliance casesProviding day-to-day legal support to the other teams in the company such as Marketing, Product, Finance and Tech teamsManage and reply to customer complaintsReview, draft and negotiation of various contracts related to the company's business;Conducting legal research and preparing data or legal analyses for internal purposes;Review and implementation of compliant procedures across the company;Providing legal advice on matters relating to intellectual property rights, data protection.RequirementsBachelor´s Degree completed, Masters preferredMinimum 10 years experience in Compliance in the Logistics industry in a LATAM scopeAt least 5 years in a leadership roleLanguages: Fluent English is a mustGood communication, an aptitude to learn, and a desire to growExperience with various regulatory figuresCertification SCCE (desired)Strong verbal and written communication skills Abilities:Team workAdaptabilityCustomer ServiceProactive Business AcumenBenefits: Direct hiring by the companyCompetitive benefits packageThis position works in a hybrid environmentJob Location: Insurgentes Sur (must be available to travel to other locations nationally)
