Brand Assistant Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Brand Assistant. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing plans, analyze brand performance, and manage payments to suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Brand Manager to create and implement marketing strategies. Analyze monthly Sell-In & Sell-Out reports and Nielsen SOM reports to identify trends and opportunities. Manage SAP PO creation and invoice follow-up for supplier payments. Coordinate agency briefs for monthly activities and communication plans. Maintain ongoing communication with the PR agency on events, influencer marketing, and activations. Provide weekly briefs to the design team for marketing materials. Assist in new product launches and 360° execution planning. Support social media ad campaigns (Meta & TikTok). Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Advertising. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles. Languages: Intermediate English. Specific Skills: Business Skills: Intermediate-Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Match, Index functions, and macros). Nielsen or similar & SAP. Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical mindset—ability to work with data, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions. Problem-solving expertise to navigate challenges and optimize marketing efforts. Project management and ability to multitask effectively. Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
