Inside Sales Manager We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams. This strategic role involves leading two key teams: Account Development Specialists and Inside Sales Support Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key customers, and being the main link between customers and Omron's cutting-edge industrial automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including direct account management for U.S. and Canadian customers, proven success in leading high-impact teams, fluency in English and Spanish, and a data-driven mindset. Knowledge of CRM tools, Power BI, and JD Edwards is preferred but not required.
