As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Coordinate and schedule interviews for open positions. Process new hires, including verifying information and completing necessary paperwork. Manage onboarding activities, including document collection and background checks. Ensure all new hire steps are completed in time for a smooth start. Support recruiters and HR generalists with operational tasks. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. Strong coordination and communication skills. Comfortable working with HR systems like iCIMS and Workday. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once. English fluency required. Portuguese is a plus. Experience supporting teams across different countries is a plus. Bachelor's degree required.
