Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounting and financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving financial accuracy and insight through our end-of-month closing processes. You will collaborate closely with our international operations team to ensure seamless financial management across all locations.Your Key Responsibilities: - Record accounting entries: Registering financial transactions in the general ledger with accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (US GAAP).- Analyze accounts and balances: Reviewing and interpreting account movements to identify discrepancies, trends, or unusual items.- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports: Compiling and analyzing financial data to produce internal and external reports that support decision-making and meet regulatory requirements.- Bank and accounts reconciliations: Comparing internal records with bank statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for and to detect any errors or unauthorized activity.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.- Advanced business conversational English (accounting terms).- Minimum 4 years of experience in record-to-report accounting.- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP General Ledger and Cash Management.- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.- Knowledge of US GAAP regulations.Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance, major medical insurance, and a wide selection of benefits such as subsidized dining services and commercial agreements with different companies.Work Environment: Our office is located in Santa Fe, with a hybrid work schedule allowing for flexible work arrangements.
