Cash Applications Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cash Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient cash application processes across international operations. You will be responsible for accurately applying multi-currency client payments into the accounting system on a daily basis. You will download and process daily bank statements, maintaining and managing the cash applications database. You will collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team on unapplied cash and remittance tracking. You will support senior specialists with unapplied cash investigations and suggest process improvement solutions. In this role, you will work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your strong organizational and time management skills to manage daily tasks under tight deadlines. To succeed in this position, you should have: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cash applications or accounts receivable. Experience in multinational, multi-entity, multi-currency environments is preferred. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and related applications.
