Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico Job Type: Full time Department: Human Resources Minth North America Reports to: Regional Talent Manager, Minth North America Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet the company's current and future needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels of positions across departments. Lead and coach a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices. Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various talent acquisition initiatives. Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities, recruitment agencies, and job platforms. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and employment regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
