Job Summary: The After-Sales Technical Quality Manager is responsible for providing technical support to dealerships, improving repair efficiency, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical issues. This role involves close coordination with dealerships, regional teams, call centers, and HQ technical departments to enhance service quality and implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to dealerships to resolve complex repair cases, improving FTFR (First-Time Fix Rate). Act as the key liaison between dealerships and HQ technical teams to escalate and resolve critical issues requiring manufacturer support. Review and respond to technical support requests, ensuring timely repair solutions and follow-up until resolution. Collaborate with Regional After-Sales Teams & Call Centers to address customer complaints (including 800 hotline cases) related to technical/service issues. Support dealerships in diagnostic tool usage, software flashing, and troubleshooting for vehicles. Analyze and report major quality issues, evaluate repair solutions from HQ, and ensure proper implementation. Issue Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) based on HQ decisions and provide necessary training/support to dealerships. Prepare and present monthly market quality reports to senior management, highlighting trends and improvement actions.
