As second-in-command, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and support service on the line. Responsibilities: Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high-quality standards. Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, recipes, and presentations that meet guest expectations. Train, motivate, and guide large culinary teams in a high-volume environment. Maintain solid understanding of food cost control, HACCP compliance, inventory management, and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting. Benefits: Salary range of $50,000-$55,000 USD per annum, plus housing allowance and relocation assistance. Temporary accommodation and work permit provided as part of an expat support package.
