Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to oversee the Test Engineering Group and standardize Engineering Test functions across different business units. This individual will be responsible for coordinating technical and human resources, developing staff, and ensuring system integrity of test strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in implementing quality standards, coaching peers and subordinates, and driving cultural change. They will be able to assess performance, receive feedback, and make informed decisions.
