Main PurposeLead strategic business growth and operational excellence by optimizing water and energy use across global operations. Implementing innovative technologies and sustainable practices to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support the company’s growth towards long-term business continuity. Main ResponsibilitiesLead and support initiatives to enhance energy and water efficiency across production sites.Promote and implement Industry 4.0 solutions for real-time monitoring, automated controls, and data-driven decision-making.Conduct assessments to evaluate environmental impact and regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with global decarbonization and water stewardship commitments that support long-term business continuity.Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and guidelines to strengthen local teams’ capabilities in energy and water management.Drive the implementation of energy and water certifications and standards as part of the company’s operational excellence strategy. Must-Have SkillsBachelor's degree in Electricity, Mechanical, Chemical or related studies.Strong Communication: Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Project ManagementLeading cross-functional initiatives Business Case Evaluations (Financial Analysis) Technical Expertise (Industrial Utility Systems)Waste Heat to Value (Heat Recovery Systems, Heat Pumps, Electrifying)Efficient Water usage & ReuseKnowledge of Standards: ISO 50001, AWS, and other relevant environmental and energy standards.Language:English C1 / C2 (spoken and written) is required.At Sigma, we promote uniqueness.
