Responsibilities: • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and time standards. • Monitor the status of pending information (documents).• Record, track, and follow up on complaints (customers and suppliers).• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints.• Provide updates and financial impact to related teams. • Interact with multidisciplinary teams worldwide to coordinate administrative processes. • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to documentation, complaints, and administrative procedures. • Create, update, and maintain databases with accurate information• Generate reports and summaries as needed • Collaborate on projects related to process improvements. General Profile: • Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, or related fields. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role. • Advance level of English (spoken and written) Interpersonal Skills: • Organizational skills• Attention to detail• Strong communication skills • Results-oriented mindset
