The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.About the role:This position is responsible for obtaining, reviewing, preparing, and submitting all necessary loan documentation, ensuring compliance with investor, agency, and company standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Loan Originators, borrowers, and internal/external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and ensure timely loan closings.What you'll do:Review new loan files within 48 hours of receipt to ensure all compliance documents were issued on time.Maintain and manage a pipeline of 25+ active loan files.Order and verify all documents required to satisfy AUS findings and investor/agency requirements.Track and review all requested documents in Encompass within 24 hours of receipt.Identify and escalate any discrepancies or missing documentation to the appropriate team members.Use documentation to calculate verified income, verify assets, and update Encompass accordingly.Prepare and organize loan packages for underwriting submission.Address and clear underwriting conditions or suspense items.Ensure closing documentation is accurate and complete (e.g., title, insurance, third-party invoices).Submit files to the Closing Department upon reaching "Clear to Close" (CTC) milestone.Collaborate with Brokers, Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closing Department to ensure timely progression of files.Set up and process new residential mortgage loans including FHA, VA, Conventional, Purchase, and Refinance.Issue compliance disclosures (TIL, GFE, etc.) in accordance with federal and state regulations.Ensure all loan files meet company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records and update loan status within Encompass.Perform fraud guard data entry and analysis.Provide ongoing support to customers, responding to inquiries and assisting with post-closing conditions.Meet performance benchmarks (KPI’s) as established by leadership.Maintain file stacking order and integrity for easy underwriting access.Continuously work to enhance knowledge of mortgage regulations and customer service delivery.Requirements:High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (completed or in progress).Valid travel visa and availability to travel to the United States as needed.Previous experience in the U.S. mortgage or real estate industry is desirableValid US Social Security Number for certification as Loan Officer (we will help you with the certification)Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Customer service focus with the ability to work independently and within a team.What We Offer:Competitive base salary Full law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)Punctuality and attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax freeExcellence bonus of $1,000 MXN tax freePrivate minor medical insurance
