We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join the team.You will be key in the coordination and execution of telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring the delivery of fiber optic services.ResponsibilitiesMeet the quality standards of the finished product in order to satisfy the requirements agreed with the customer, within the defined cost and service parameters. Provide operational continuity of the plant, through the management of people, machinery and materials to achieve the programmed production volumes. Continuous improvement of systems and processes, through the implementation of best practices, projects and new products to increase plant productivity. Compliance with the norms, safety, hygiene and environmental conditions established for the operation of the plant to comply with the defined certified operation standards. Presentation of KPIs to ensure productivity and operational efficiency goals are met Prepare reports for management, providing feedback on project progress, team performance and areas for improvement. Lead and develop teams of installation technicians and supervisors, fostering a productive work environment Material Resource Management.QualificationsUniversity degree or higher in electronic engineering, business administration or related specialization. Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in production management. Industry experience: at least 3 years of working experience in optical communication products or manufacturing industry. Job experience : At least 3 years working experience in a similar position.
