You will be a partner of our Taste & Wellbeing unit, the world's leader in flavours solutions for foods and beverages. Reporting into de Site's Operations Director, you will guide transformation by short-cycle improvement activities towards clear business targets, using the full range of lean principles, concepts, applications and scales, always aiming at the identification and elimination of waste along the entire value chain. Through these activities you will have a positive impact in the quality of our products and services to our customers. Your main responsibilities will be: Help define the areas to be improved, thus being part of the business diagnosis. Work with business teams to accomplish improvement activities, specifically: diagnosis, understanding value, identifying opportunities, waste reduction (the scope of the improvement projects covers all of our teams i.e. Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance). Use improvement approaches, applying Continuous Improvement (CI) principles while applying functional tools along with CI methods and tools. Ensure On Time and full execution of improvements. Provide visibility on this to the partners and teams (or equivalent) through governance and routines. Foster the culture of Continuous Improvement within the organization supporting leaders to manage business transformations. The main deliverables of your role will be: Effectiveness and OTIF identification and execution of the Business improvement plans (IBOs,Value Stream Mapping) – including wastes elimination/reduction and financial benefits. Hands-on implementation of improvement projects related to their scope. Definition and replication of good examples and practices locally coming from improvements. You will work onsite n our Taste & Wellbeing manufacturing facility located in Jiutepec, Cuernavaca. Your professional profile includes: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline. Preferably with a Master's Degree. At least 6 years' experience in areas of Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement within manufacturing multinational companies. Background in chemical or food production industries valued. Solid background and knowledge of Continuous Improvement (Green or Black Belt Certification, Lean Tools). Solid experience in Project Management. Experience in Process Improvement. Annual bonus. Health & medical plan coverage.
