Learning and Development Specialist We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our technical, service, and sales teams across Latin America. This role is critical to ensuring alignment with our global standards and training methodology. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of instructional design, content creation, and supporting trainers across diverse regions. The key responsibilities of this position include: Adapting and localizing training content from Asia for the Latin American market. Developing and structuring technical, product, and sales training courses that meet the region's needs. Creating engaging storyboards, instructional guides, videos, playbooks, and interactive exercises. Designing assessments and satisfaction surveys to evaluate training effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience as an instructional designer. Strong writing and grammar skills in Spanish and English. Knowledge of instructional design, learning processes, and adult learning methodologies. Experience with PowerPoint (intermediate-advanced), Canva, Genially, and basic video editing.
