About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable insights through the development of effective dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in Tableau UI/UX design, and experience managing project intake and delivery processes. Familiarity with Tableau support will be considered a plus. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards that are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. Ensure dashboards effectively communicate key insights and support decision-making. Manage the intake process for new reporting requests, prioritizing and coordinating deliverables. Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI solutions. Provide occasional troubleshooting and support for Tableau dashboards and reports, when needed. Requirements: Proven experience in Business Analysis, with strong ability to gather and document detailed business requirements. Expertise in Tableau UI/UX design—creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate dashboards. Experience in product management, product ownership, or project coordination related to BI delivery. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written. Familiarity with Tableau support and troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
