Actuarial Analyst Role This position focuses on providing analytical support in the generation of statistical models, financial evaluation of projects, and risk assessments. The successful candidate will provide data-driven insights, including analysis, pricing, capitation, alternative payment methods, network, and provider-specific reporting. Key Responsibilities: Compiling data from a wide variety of sources to inform business decisions. Analysing market data and projections related to Healthcare. Performing programming modifications to previously written routine reports. Statistical Analysis oriented to Healthcare Institutions. Determining financial predictions, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and developing risk projections based on various factors. Preparing reports and projections for multiple projects to mitigate risk and ensure profitability. Risk assessments for consulting projects. Maintaining Departmental Data Warehouse and its documentation. Preparation of graphs, charts, diagrams, and illustrative tools. General Knowledge/Competencies: Strong understanding of Statistical and Actuarial Skills. Fundamentals of valuation analysis. Prior experience in data science, R or Python. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Process analysis and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or other quantitative disciplines. Analytical and quantitative thinker. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience: At least 5 years' experience in risk modeling, statistical analysis, or actuarial roles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Previous experience in insurance is desirable but not essential.
