Financial Operations Manager Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a hotel in a stunning Caribbean setting. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a financial leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort setting. They will also have hands-on experience working in the Caribbean and be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Monitor expenses, optimize cost control, and improve profitability by collaborating with department heads. Support audits, financial reviews, and tax filings while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Financial analysis: Helping manage and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
