Clinical Research Finance Assistant This role involves overseeing financial and administrative activities for clinical research projects. Manage invoicing processes for clinical research studies. Oversee collections from sponsors and ensure timely payments. Process and monitor payments to investigators, vendors, and other research collaborators. Track payment schedules outlined in contracts with sponsors and escalate delays as needed. Ensure proper reconciliation of income and expenses within accounting systems. Process financial requests, including vendor payments and purchase requisitions. Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate financial records. Maintain up-to-date financial and administrative records for each clinical study. Key Skills: Analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills required both in English and Spanish. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles preferred.
