Senior Health Researcher Main Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health Researcher to lead our scientific research strategy in Health and Nutrition. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and achieving our short-, mid-, and long-term goals. Main Responsibilities: You will serve as an expert within our organization on Gut microbiome and Omics sciences, staying up-to-date with the latest advances in this area and applying this knowledge to inform our business strategies. You will lead the definition, development, and execution of our N&H scientific research strategy and pipeline, focusing on future growth opportunities. You will oversee clinical research projects and data analysis, including clinical protocols/studies, with a focus on N&H for strategic business opportunities based on consumer benefits. You will establish and maintain effective partnerships with universities, research centers, and startups, navigating complex ecosystems and identifying opportunities for collaboration. You will develop comprehensive knowledge and documentation around strategic scientific topics, providing guidance both internally and externally. You will effectively communicate science-based value propositions to multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements: You should hold a PhD in Microbiology, Genomics, Biotechnology, or a related field. You must have at least 5 years of experience leading research projects in Nutrition & Health, with expertise in gut microbiome and omics sciences. Experience in R&D roles within the food industry, particularly in health and nutrition, is preferred. You should be proficient in data analysis and interpretation of complex scientific data. You must possess strong communication skills, able to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. English proficiency is essential.
